• To place an order, you will first need to send us the photograph.You can send it to us as an email attatchment at info@livelyportraits.com or can send it via post.
• One of our customer support representatives will contact you giving an exact quote, shipping details and expected completion time.
• Once all your queries are answered and you are satisfied with the procedure, you will be asked to make a 50% payment
• During the whole process you will be constantly updated of the work progress.

Completion time.
Pencil portraits, Colored Pencil Portraits and Charcoal portraits take 3 weeks for completion. Pastel Portraits take 4 weeks, while Oil Portraits take 6 weeks. However, if they get completed earlier, you will be instantly informed. During the whole process, you will be kept constantly updated of the progress.

If you need the portrait urgently for some occassion, do inform us and we will try to get it made as quickly as possible(Depending on the current work load).

Shipping Info
All unframed portraits are shipped through DHL and take 3-5 days worldwide. Framed portraits are sent via Fedex in USA and Canada and take 3-6 days. Outside U.S and Canada, framed portraits are sent via USPS and can take few weeks. All shipments are trackable online
